What we collect and why
- Email address, and optionally your role and team size, when you register interest in the course, subscribe to the weekly finding, unlock the free preview, or request a checklist or template. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We use it to send what you asked for, to notify you when the course opens and, if you agreed, occasional news about courses. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Name, email, company and message, when you use the contact form or request a course walkthrough or a quote. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)). Kept for 24 months after the last contact.
- Usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) through [ANALYTICS PROVIDER], used to understand which content is useful. [State whether this is cookie-based and whether consent is requested.]
- Local browser storage for the self-check, checklist progress, preview unlock and dismissed prompts. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Where a processor is outside the EEA, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Interest registrations and email subscriptions until you unsubscribe or 24 months after the course launch, whichever is sooner, then 30 days on a suppression list so we do not email you again. Contact enquiries 24 months. Analytics data [retention period].
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Email info@truex-consultancy.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, or to the supervisory authority in your own EU country.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to answer you or send what you requested.
